Win Samsung Tablet Bundle in VSP's EnVision Sweepstakes

Difficulty Level : Moderate ( 2 out of 5 ) Are you planning to buy tablet? What will be your expression if you get it as a bumper prize? Yeah, you hear it exactly right. Enter VSP's EnVision Sweepstakes daily and you could win Samsung Tablet Bundle in grand prizes.

Limit: One Entry per person/email address. The entrant must be 18 years of age (or 19 years old in AL and NE) at time of entry.

There are two parts of the Promotion: Sweepstakes and Instant Win Game.

a) Sweepstakes Entry: During the Promotion Period, visit www.vspenvisionsweepstakes.com. Fill out the official entry form with all required information and agree to the Promotion Official Rules. Entrant will receive one Sweepstakes Entry, once registration is complete.

If entrant is already registered, then entrant will need to sign in with email address they used during the registration process. Once signed in, Entrant will automatically receive another Sweepstakes Entry.

Additional Sweepstakes Points: Entrants can earn additional points towards the Sweepstakes each month by completing tasks specified after the instant win game. Number of points received towards the Sweepstakes depends on the task. Point values are listed in the official rules.

Note: One Point equals one Entry into the Sweepstakes.

b) Instant Win Game Entry: Once Entrant is registered/ logged in, they can play the Instant Win portion of the Promotion. Entrant will receive either a winning or non-winning message.

Alternative Means of Entry: Send an email with the subject line “VSP EnVision Sweepstakes-June” to [email protected], with your name, email address, state of residence, and date of birth. For each email entry, you will receive one entry with the equivalent of 5 Points.

Winner Selection: One Grand Prize winner will be selected on or about July 14, 2015 and will be notified within seven days of selection via phone or e-mail.
