T.J.Maxx Customer Satisfaction Survey Rules

• Open to legal residents of 50 United States including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico
• You must be 18 years or above to be eligible for the T.J. Maxx Survey
• T.J. Maxx employees, officers, and representatives are not eligible to enter
• T.J. Maxx purchase receipt is required for an online survey
• There is a limit of one entry, per household, per month regardless of the method of entry
• Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash
• Purchase is not necessary to enter or win.

How to Enter the T.J. Maxx Survey

Make a Purchase and Take a Survey:

During the Promotion Period, make a purchase at T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods, Marshalls, Sierra, or HomeSense in-store or online. After completing your purchase, you will receive a receipt with a link to participate in the survey or be sent an email with the survey. Visit the provided website, submit the survey, and complete the registration form, including a valid email address. Upon successful submission, you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes for the relevant Entry Period drawing.

Mail-in Alternate Method:

To enter without making a purchase or taking a survey, print your name, address, phone number, email address, date of birth, and one of the Participating Brands on a piece of paper and Mail it in an envelope with proper postage to “TJX Brands Survey Sweepstakes,” c/o Merkle Inc., P.O. Box 5021, Department 854224, Kalamazoo, MI 49003-5021.

T.J. Maxx Survey Winner Selection

There are a total of 17 entry periods during the promotional period. One winner will be selected via random drawing from each entry period. The random drawings are 2/14/24, 3/14/24, 4/15/24, 5/14/24, 6/14/24, 7/15/24, 8/14/24, 9/16/24, 10/14/24, 11/14/24, 12/16/24 and 1/14/25. The winners will be notified via phone, email, and/or USPS mail, or other home delivery service of the Sponsor’s choice.
