Here are two different ways to enter the sweepstakes: online or by mail.

To enter online: Make your visit at www.superpawnlistens.com, and then enter 5-digit survey code that is printed on coupons distributed at participating Cash America, SuperPawn, Payday Advance and Cashland locations. You will be asked to answer several questions about your most recent experience at Cash America, SuperPawn, Payday Advance or Cashland, and you must give your home telephone number, age, and the serial number printed on the coupon. Calls must be completed before December 31, 2014.

To enter by mail: Handprint/write your name, complete address, telephone number and date of birth on a postcard and mail to: Cash America/SuperPawn/Payday Advance/Cashland Customer Satisfaction Survey Sweepstakes, PMI Station, PO Box 3558, Southbury, CT 06488-3558.

All mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 31, 2014 and received by January 8, 2015.

Five Grand Prize winners are selected for each quarter, wherein one winner from among all eligible entries received overall and one winner from among the eligible entries submitted for each of the Sponsor’s four (Cash America international/SuperPawn/Payday Advance/Cashland) regions.

Each Grand Prize winner will be rewarded with $500 cash in the form of a check.
