Only Residents of Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania are eligible to enter

You must be 18 years or above (19 in DE) to participate in the ShopRite customer satisfaction survey

Only one entry per month is allowed, regardless of method of entry

You must have a recent purchase receipt or survey invitation from ShopRite

Purchase is not mandatory to enter (except online entry method)

The survey prize cannot be transferred to any other person or exchanged for cash

Winners are solely responsible for taxes

You can’t complete the ShopRite Experience Survey on behalf of any other person

You must complete the ShopRite feedback within a limited time period

Employees, Family member, and Related Peoples of ShopRite are not allowed to enter

How to Enter MyShopRite Experience Survey?

You can enter the ShopRite Survey via two ways: online (with purchase) and mail-in (without purchase). You must have a ShopRite purchase receipt with a survey invitation code to complete the ShopRite customer survey online.

Online Entry Method:

1. Visit www.MyShopRiteExperience.com and provide details like date & time of visit, 3-digit store number, register number, and transaction number from your purchase receipt to begin the survey. You can also change the language to Spanish.

2. After that, rate and answer all the survey questions based on your last visit to the ShopRite store

3. Upon completion of the survey, ShopRite will ask your permission to enter the sweepstakes for your chance to win

4. If you click on “Yes,” you will be asked to provide your contact information to get an entry into the sweepstakes drawing.

Mail-in Entry Method:

To enter without completing the Myexperience ShopRite survey, handprint your name, address, day and night telephone numbers, and age on a 3”x 5” card and mail it in a standard business-size #10 envelope to: ShopRite “Customer Experience” Sweepstakes, PO Box 407, Macedon, NY 14502-0407.

A total of 12 monthly random drawings will be conducted on or about the sixth day of the following month. Two lucky winners will be selected in each monthly Prize drawing. The winners will be contacted by phone, email, and/or USPS mail.
