At the Microsite: Visit www.thisisloyalty.com and follow the links and instructions to complete and submit the registration form including your first and last name, a valid email address, phone number, zip code, and age confirmation. Upon submission of your registration information, you will automatically receive one entry into the Sweepstakes and will also be entered to receive future marketing messages from the Sponsor.
