Make your entry to the promotion as soon as possible… your surprise box is just waiting for you!!!

Limit: Entrants must be 18 years old or older to enter the sweepstakes. However there is no limit to the number of valid entries an eligible consumer may receive during the Promotion Period, regardless of entry method.

Here are two methods to enter this promotion.

By using your Card:You will automatically get one entry into the Promo every time you use your MasterCard to make a purchase transaction during the Promo Period. Only purchases made with a Card that is in good standing (both at time of entry and winner selection) as well as issued by a MasterCard customer financial institution in the U.S. are eligible for automatic entry. (Purchase transactions involving account adjustment transactions/returns, PIN-based and international transactions, late payment fees, over-limit or over-draft fees, return check fees, check re-order fees, balance transfers and/or fees assessed on your account are not eligible for automatic Promo entry. Entries from MasterCard® corporate cards, unauthorized card use or made with a lost, stolen, or fraudulent MasterCard are void.)

By mail without making a purchase: Get one entry into the Promo by hand printing your name, complete mailing address, telephone number, date of birth, the first 6 digits of your Card, and the words “MasterCard Priceless® Surprises Promotion with Gwen Stefani” on a plain 3” x 5” piece of paper and mail it in a sealed, stamped and hand printed #10 envelope to:

Via mail-entry, you can enter as many times as you like, but every entry must be mailed separately and be received by the following Monthly Period deadline.

The entire promotion consist of 4 monthly periods:

8th December to 31st December, 2014;
1st January to 31st January, 2015;
1st February to 28th February, 2015;
1st March to 31st March , 2015

Four Monthly deadlines for the mail-entry are 7th January, 2015; 9th February, 2015; 9th March, 2015; and 7th April, 2015 respectively.

To select promotion winners four random drawings will be held every month, which are 12th January, 2015; 10th February; 10th March, 2015; and 10th April, 2015 respectively.

One Monthly Prize will be awarded during each Monthly Period of the Promo Period.

Month #1 Prize:

A 4 day/3 night trip for winner and one guest to Los Angeles, CA to attend the 57th Annual GRAMMY Awards in February 2015. Month #2 Prize:

Month #3 Prize:

A 5 day/ 4 night trip for winner and one guest to Maui, HI in April 2015. Also, trip includes access for winner and guest to a luau, two tickets to a snorkel and sea turtle cruise and a waterfall tour, a spa experience, the experience to swim with dolphins, one $600 MasterCard Prepaid card, and $8,000 as a check to pay tax liability in connection with the prize. (ARV=$23,600).]

Month #4 Prize:

A 4 day/3 night trip for winner and one guest to New York, NY in August 2015. Also, trip includes a private shopping experience for winner and guest with a personal stylist, two tickets to a guided VIP tour of NYC and a Broadway show, a dinner at a NYC trendy restaurant, lunch at a local eatery, one $1,000 MasterCard Prepaid card, and $7,000 as a check to pay tax liability in connection with the prize. Contest:

Here all verified First Prize winners will be offered the opportunity to participate in the Contest, which will be held from 4/13/15 to 5/29/15, for the chance to win the Promo grand prize.

Contest Entry:

To participate, verified First Prize winners will be interviewed via an online tool and will be asked to tell Judges about a priceless moment – big or small – that they would like to experience with Gwen Stefani. Contest entries will be judged based on the following:

1. Relevance to both Priceless Surprise Theme and Story Expressed: 0-40 points;
2. Creativity/Originality: 0-30 points; and
3. Overall Appeal and Entertainment Value: 0-30 points.

Grand Prize winner will be awarded with an opportunity for two (winner and one guest) to meet Gwen Stefani. (Here a day, location, time and duration to be determined by Sponsor). It also includes round-trip, coach air transportation, hotel accommodation, ground transportation and other reasonable expenses related to experience activities up to $35,000 and $15,000 awarded in the form of a check to pay tax liability in connection with the Grand Prize (“ARV” $50,000).
