During the Promotion Period, entrant may enter via two ways:

Online Method: Visit www.mlb.com/quickenloans and follow the links and instructions to access the Sweepstakes registration form. Complete and submit the online entry form with the required information to receive one entry.

Mail-In Method: Hand write your first and last name, street address, city, state, zip, telephone number, email address, and DOB on a plain 3" x 5" piece of paper, and mail entry to: The MLB.com & Quicken Loans Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 15112, Bridgeport, CT 06673-5112.

Drawing and Notification: Grand Prize Winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about 10/12/16 and will be notified by telephone/ email/ mail.

Prizes

(1) Grand Prize: $12,000 for one year's mortgage payment and a 3 day/2 night trip two to Game 1 of the 2016 MLB World Series championship. ARV: $15,500.
