Mail-in (Free): Hand print your complete name (no initials), valid email address, street address (P.O. Boxes not accepted), city, state, ZIP code, telephone number, and date of birth (MM/DD/YYYY) on a 3½"x5" card and mail it sufficient postage to:  Juicy Juice “Enjoy Juicy Juice and Instant Prizes” Instant Win Game Code Request, Dept. Without Purchase (Online): Between 12:00AM ET on October 17, 2019 and 4:59 PM ET on October 31, 2019, you can obtain a Code by visiting www.juicyjuicegame.com  and following the link to the alternate means of entry (“AMOE”) Code generation page. Once at the AMOE Code generation page, complete and submit the form with required details to generate the AMOE code and complete your entry. You will receive one code via email within 2 hours.

After obtaining a Code, visit www.juicyjuicegame.com and follow the instructions to submit the registration form with required details and Code. You will immediately receive a winning or non winning message. If the on-screen message reads “Congratulations”, you are the potential winner of the prize specified and must follow the instructions provided to claim your prize.
