HGTV's Urban Oasis Giveaway is back, and this time they’re giving one lucky winner the chance to win a gorgeous Crafstman-style bungalow in the vibrant city of heart of Knoxville, TN. The winner will also get a $50,000 cash prize from national mortgage lender Quicken Loans. Enter daily to increase your chances of winning this grand prize package, valued at over $600,000.

Limit: One entry per website per day i.e. a total of two entries per person per day. To be eligible to participate in the Sweepstakes, entrants must be at least 21 years old at the time of entry.

How to enter:

During the Promotion Period you can enter the Sweepstakes in any of the following ways:

1) Online via HGTV's website: Visit the HGTV website (www.hgtv.com) and complete and submit an online entry form to receive one entry into the Sweepstakes.

2) Online via Frontdoor.com: Visit the HGTV FrontDoor website (www.frontdoor.com) and complete and submit the entry form to receive one entry.

3) By Mail: Hand print your name, complete address, telephone number (along with area code) and date of birth either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mail it with the proper postage affixed to: “HGTV Urban Oasis Giveaway, PO Box52226, Knoxville, TN 37950”.

The Sponsor will conduct a random drawing on or about December 4, 2017 to select one potential grand prize winner from among all eligible entries received during the entire Sweepstakes period.

One lucky winner will win the Grand Prize, which consists of the following:

(i) the home located in Knoxville, TN (the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2017”) that is featured in the “HGTV Urban Oasis 2017” special (including home furnishings, fixtures, artwork, and merchandise) (ARV: $596,769)

(ii) $50,000 cash (awarded in the form of a check or wire transfer)

Instead of taking title to the HGTV Urban Oasis Home, the grand prize winner may also choose to take home $300,000 in cash. Even if the winner elects to take the cash option, he/she will still receive the Cash Prize of $50,000.
