Start your New Year in your dream home by entering into the 2015 HGTV Dream Home Giveaway for your chance to win a grand-prize package valued at over $2 million, which includes HGTV Dream Home, a $250,000 check and a 2015 GMC Acadia Denal.

Visit the HGTV Front Door website www.FrontDoor.com/hgtvdreamhome and complete and submit the online entry form.

By Mail: Hand print your name, complete address, and phone number (including area code and date of birth) either on a postcard or on a separate piece of paper no larger than 8½ x 11 inches, and mailing the postcard or paper in an envelope with the proper postage affixed to: “HGTV Dream Home Giveaway, PO Box 53013, Knoxville, TN 37950”.

One potential Grand Prize Winner will be chosen by Sponsor in a random drawing on or about February 27, 2015. Winner will be contacted on or about March 20 - 28, 2015.

One Grand Prize: The Grand Prize consists of: the home located in Edgartown, Massachusetts (the “HGTV Dream Home”) that is featured in the “HGTV Dream Home” special (including home furnishings and merchandise) (ARV: $2,265,000.00), Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000) in the form of a check or a wire transfer, and a 2015 GMC Acadia Denali automobile (ARV: $52,680). The ARV of the HGTV Dream Home includes structure, lot, landscaping, home furnishings, merchandise, and artwork as of October 31, 2014.

Cash Option: In lieu of taking title to the HGTV Dream Home (and the contents of the HGTV Dream Home), the Grand Prize Winner will have the option of receiving $1,450,000.00 in cash in lieu of the home.

Total ARV of Grand Prize is $2,567,680.00 if Grand Prize Winner takes title to the HGTV Dream Home or $1,752,680.00 if Grand Prize Winner selects the Cash Option in lieu.
