The Red Bandanna Hero Award Contest

Difficulty Level : Very Hard ( 4 out of 5 ) Everyone has their own “Role model or "Hero" in their life. It’s a time to nominate your hero for America heroes channels’ ‘Red Bandanna Hero Award’. You just need to share a story regarding “why does your hero deserve to win the Red Bandanna Hero Award?” in The Red Bandanna Hero Award Contest. The winner will be prized with a featured "Hero Moment" on-air and online, $10,000 to donate to an organization of their choice, and a trip to attend the Boston College vs. Florida State Football Game.

Limit: Entrant can take a part in the contest more than once. The minimum age to be eligible for the sweepstakes is 18 years.

How to enter:

During contest period, visit ahctv.com/redbandanna and complete and submit online nomination form along with original essay of 150 words or less regarding why does your hero deserve to win the Red Bandanna Hero Award? You should describe the actions and activities that demonstrate your Nominee’s heroism in your entry and get one entry in to the contest.

Note: Essays must be submitted in English and may not contain any personal identification information except the Nominee’s name.

All entries will be judged by qualified panel of judges on the basis of Originality, Content, Relevance to the Contest theme, and Sincerity to determine 50 highest scoring entries.

After that highest scoring Entries will proceed to the final judging round, in which a panel of judges will determine the Grand Prize winner based on which Entry in their opinion best describes someone who deserves the title “Red Bandanna Hero”.

• The creation of a “Hero Moment” video which will be aired on American Heroes Channel and on online at ahctv.com
• $10,000 donation to the charitable organization of the winner’s choosing which is established as a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.
• A trip for two to attend the upcoming Boston College vs. Clemson Football Game (ARV: $3500)
